Today’s brides have so many choices when selecting their wedding bands. While many brides choose to wear their engagement ring with their wedding band as a complete set (as pictured below), others choose to wear a unique eternity band sans engagement ring.
Today’s eternity bands come in all shapes, styles and sizes. Here are a few pieces of eternity band eye candy to drool over.
I love the various stones and shapes available. Pictured above are rubies, sapphires, diamonds, and semi-precious stones which are round, baguette, oval, and princess-cut in bezel, prong, and channel settings.
I’ll let you in on a little secret. These beauties are simulated stones. That’s right, cubic zirconias set in sterling silver. Some are rhodium-plated to withstand tarnishing. They look pretty genuine to me. 🙂
I was able to get some crazy depth of field on this shot. I love my macro 2.8 lens! 🙂
The eternity band on the right has an antique floral motif. When combined with the two ruby channel-set bands it creates a very vintage look.
Are you a diamond bride or a colored-stone bride? It’s hard to pick isn’t it?
Until next time, here’s a kiss and a smile! 🙂
